I am a Sagittarius born in December of 1953
I majored in English and Literature in High School, and of course, my passion is with writing.
Through the years I have learned that the toughest part about being a writer is that, you are totally controlled by your need to put your thoughts, ideas, dreams, wishes and opinions down for the world to eventually see.
No thought a keepsake, no idea a secret and you find yourself in trouble many times over for your "opinion", no matter what the cause. Your sleep is interrupted by thoughts that need kept for future reference, and ideas seem to flourish in the quiet of the night. More often than not, you find yourself looking at a blank screen with an idea that interrupts itself with is what is called...."writer's block"
I feel very fortunate to have the ability to express my feelings through words however, nothing compares to how heartwarming it feels when I receive a letter from a reader and learn that they have learned to cope with many issues that have disrupted their lives just by reading my words.

I am a Mother and Grandmother so I'll bet you know where a lot of my inspiration comes from. :-)
As a Mother I have survived getting my feet stepped on, as a wife, my heart.
Regrets? You bet I have.
Politically I am in the middle of the road with a “trust but verify” belief. I have very little if any respect for the Leaders of our great Nation and am very verbal about Politics today. I love these United States of America however, I think I could do a much better job running it. I try and shy away from heated Political debates because of that very reason. It becomes VERY heated and I don't want to go there. You can loose many a friend debating Politics and Religion. Both of which I keep in reserve.
I am a VERY easy going person and great to be around. I can be quite a chatterbox sometimes and very opinionated. More often then not they can get me into trouble depending on the cause.
I am very strong willed yet a gentle soul which should never be confused with being a push-over. I’ve been there, done that both of which has lead me to where I am today.
I am absolutely for the less fortunate who has the same dreams and goals as you and I, the Children and the Elderly.
I cry at the drop of a hat. Don't ever try to figure it out, knowing me it's just frustration or injustice that sets me off.
I fight to the death for a worthy cause and I research anything that puzzles me until I find the answer.
I can take no for an answer unless someone is trying to pull the wool over my eyes. Then we have a problem.
From the Beatles to Country to the Classics I love the music with the exception of Rap and the headache noise they call music. Take me back to the 60's & 70's, now that’s what I call music.
I have a few TV favorites I MUST see however, never a re-run, I save that for movies I like. If they make me cry or laugh real hard, I'll watch them again.
I am my own best friend.
